“In this was manifested the love of God toward us, because that God sent his only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through him. Herein is love, not that we loved God, but that he loved us, and sent his Son to be the propitiation for our sins.” -1 John 4:9, 10.

Those who realize that they are weighed down by sin and the devil's oppressions, and are desperately in need of someone to ease them out of the valley of despair and destitution, Jesus Christ is calling them to come to him. He is the personification of Jehovah's love for His children. - Romans 5:8-10.

The point must be made however that people must flee from sin if they are to be in the good graces of God and live happily on earth. (Romans 8:12-14) Those people of goodwill who respond to the call of God are put through a training process to enable them shed the cloak of the old man and become new creatures. (Job 23:10-12; Romans 5:3-5) This comes about through trials and afflictions, in the course of which they will continue to get help to gain victory, and from these they gain experience and cultivate the fruits of the spirit. The full manifestation of the love of God for His children would redound on those who continue in the path of life until the end. Those ones get what Apostle John called “a full reward”. (2 John 8) “Now unto him that is able to keep you from falling, and to present you faultless before the presence of his glory with exceeding joy, To the only wise God our Saviour, be glory and majesty, dominion and power, both now and ever. Amen.” – Jude 24, 25.
